This painting was inspired by the serene beauty of the North Sea coastline. I sought to capture the quiet harmony of the landscape—the way the waves softly wash over the sandy shore, while the coastal grasses sway in the wind.

The color palette consists of muted, pastel tones: beige, soft blue-gray, and terracotta, evoking the peaceful atmosphere of evening by the sea. The air is crisp, infused with the scent of saltwater, inviting you to pause and reflect.

I used delicate, smooth brushstrokes to create a sense of lightness and airiness, as if the scene is dissolving into a gentle mist. This painting invites you to step into a moment of quiet contemplation—to feel the wind, hear the whisper of the dunes, and lose yourself in the rhythm of the sea.
